Alyse Borgersen is a Managing Partner at Criqui Borgersen Global Executive search, LLC. Previously, she spent eight years as an executive recruiter focusing on positions in Domestic Equity. Before entering the recruiting industry, she spent six years in the venture capital arena, where she was involved in providing the seed capital for Technology and Biotech related start-ups. Alyse received a B.B.A from George Washington University in 1991.

Pam Elliott heads the Equity Derivative and Convertible Bonds group at Criqui Borgersen Global Executive Search, LLC. Prior to joining CB, she successfully focused on these markets at Teeman, Perley Gilmartin for just under 2 years. Prior to executive search, she has 11 years of recruiting/human resources experience at universities (MIT, NYU) as well as public companies (Fairchild Publications and Prada). Pam has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University, 1991. In her spare time she plays in a band and performs the occasional stand up comedy.

Betsy Simons joined CB Global Search in January, 2008. Her main focus is placing Research Sales People in both Domestic and international Equities.
Before joining the equity team at CB, Betsy worked as a Residential Mortgage Broker in Denver, CO. Prior to working in the mortgage business, Betsy was a senior recruiter at Professional Perspectives, focusing on positions in marketing and sales. Betsy graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000 with a BA and Business Minor.

Suzi Criqui is a Managing Partner at Criqui Borgersen Global Executive Search, LLC. Prior to starting CB Search, Suzi spent the last eight years in executive recruiting, primarily covering the fixed Income markets. Suzi holds a 1991 undergraduate BA degree from the University of Notre Dame and a 1997 MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
